Premium Listings include an editorial service from Team LawNigeria.com.
LawNigeria.com/Tree & Trees has no obligation to sell its product to any company/firm if Team LawNigeria.com/Tree & Trees believes that it is not in its best interest.
FREE BASIC LISTINGS
LawNigeria.com reserve the right to remove any free listing without prior notice where the content of a listing is found incorrect or misrepresenting or deceiving the public. Infractions which will attract de-listing without notice include:
– giving of incorrect or partial details especially address, phone numbers, email address. [This is established by sending a confirmation notice by email and if the email is returned as undelivered, we will delete the listing;
– where a listing claims to be located in cities or countries where it is not.
If your free Basic Listing has been removed for one or more of the above reasons, simply create and submit a new Basic Listing with updated information in compliance with our guidelines.
PREMIUM AND OTHER PAID LISTINGS FOR LAW FIRM/LAWYERS
LawNigeria.com offers Premium and other paid Listing services aside from the free Basic Listing. To provide a Listing Directory which satisfies users through valuable and accurate content, we require listing firms to comply with our Editorial Guidelines (see below). We are very particular about illicit practices that may damage the quality of LawNigeria.com content and by connection those of its highly esteemed clients. Premium Listing clients can take advantage of our complimentary secretarial services.
We insist on verification of all requests for Premium Listing before publication.
For this category of clients, our team will work with designated persons in the firm to develop the relevant content, choose key words and verify the accuracy of office contact details as well as the selection of areas of practice. This is done to ensure correct representation of the subject through data integrity check with an eye on securing the best possible search performance.
Premium Listings entitles you to update your listing at any time and at no extra cost. Other Listing categories attracts fees which are determined and communicated on request.
GUIDELINES FOR PREMIUM LISTINGS:
Law firms, including one-lawyer firms and their representatives should refrain from using deceptive, misleading, manipulative representation(s) likely to confuse the visitor. These include the use of trade names or location or claims as to ‘awards’ or selection of areas of practice and services where experience or capacity is lacking.
Premium Listings requires compliance with provisions imposed on Basic Listings clients but will be reviewed by our team for compliance before posting. Our team will work with a designated member of your firm to ensure compliance before posting.
A Premium Listing may be removed from our directories until corrected if the infringement is repetitive and the client has failed to correct same after opportunity was provided for same.
BANNERS, TOP OF DIRECTORY POSITIONS AND SPECIAL FEATURES
Payment for Premium Listing, banners, and all top of the directory positions are not refundable. Any credit sent to LawNigeria.com for strategic media visibility services purchase is not refundable. Any offer is valid for a period of 3 days from the receipt of an email or invoice. Terms are subject to change without notice after the 3 day period.
Banner placements, top of the directory position and special features are for our paid and Premium subscribers only. If a Premium Listing is not renewed, the banner and/or top of the directory position will be removed from LawNigeria.com without prior notice.
Where placement is based on monthly or weekly or other agreed periodic instalment, placement will be put offline, if the agreed instalment is not paid as at when due. After a 10 days notice to remedy, the placement program will be deemed terminated and be available to other users.
