This Act amends the Advertisement Practitioners (Registration, Etc) Act Cap. A7, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 to increase the prescribed penalties and transfer appellate jurisdiction from the Court of Appeal to the High Court in a matter under the Act.
