In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 27 of the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Act, cap. N 107, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2001 (“the Act”) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following Regulations —
