This Act establishes the National Automotive Design and Development Council to among other things, regularly study and review the automotive parts and components development industry in Nigeria. It also repeals the National Automotive Council Act, 1993 [Cap N8. Laws of the Federation of Nigeria], National Automotive Council, (Amendment) Act, 2007 and Center for Automotive Design and Development Act, Cap. C5, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
