STANDING ORDERS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF NIGERIA

These Standing Orders and Rules of Procedure (hereafter called “Rules”) supplement the National Human Rights Commission Act as amended and are designed to regulate the organization and govern the procedures of the National Human Rights Commission of Nigeria in accordance with provisions of the National Human Rights Commission Act 1995, as amended, hereafter referred to as the Act.
