LAGOS STATE BOUNDARY COMMITTEE LAW

A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE LAGOS STN.TN BOUNDARY COMMITTEE A}[D FOR OTHER CONNECTED PTIRPOSES

[Commencement]                                                           [13th July 2009]

THE LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY enacts as follows:

1.      Establishment of the Lagos State Boundary Committee

(1)     There is established under this Law the Lagos State Boundary Committee (referred to in this Law as “the Committee”).

(2)     The Committee-

(a)     shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; (b)     may sue and be sued in its corporate name and may acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law.
