VIOLENCE AGAINST PERSONS (PROHIBITION) ACT, 2015

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

This  Act  prohibits  all  forms  of  violence against persons  in  private  and public  life, and provides  maximum  protection  and   effective   remedies   for  victims  and  punishment  of offenders
