EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

This Act establishes the Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency to provide, research, develop, promote, collate, document and preserve Nigeria’s indigenous (traditional) healthcare system, medication and non-medications healing arts, sciences , technologies, bio-resources and facilitate their integration into the national healthcare delivery system; and for related matters.
