EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

This Act establishes the Federal University, Ndufu-Alike Ikwo to ensure equity and access to tertiary education in the Country. The University is a conventional University with restricted programmes and limited and focused faculties.

PART1-ESTABLISHMENT, CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, NDUFU-ALIKE IKWO

Establishment of Federal University of NDUFU-ALIKE IKWO

1. (1) There is established the Federal University, Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (in this Act referred to as “the University”).
