In exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 34 of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (Establishment) Act, 2007, and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, 1, MR JOHN ODEY, Honourable Minister, Federal Ministry of Environment, hereby make the following Regulations

Short Title

National Environmental (Electrical/Electronic Sector) Regulations, 2011

PART I-GENERAL PROVISIONS

Commencement.

1.       These Regulations may be cited as the National Environmental Citation. (Electrical/Electronic, Sector) Regulations, 2011.
