[PURSUANT TO NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT AGENCY (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT, 2007]

In exercise of the powers conferred on me be section 34 of the national Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (Establishment) Act, 2007, and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, John Odey, Ministers of Environment hereby make the following Regulations.
