PATENTS AND DESIGNS (CONVENTION COUNTRIES) ORDER

Under Section 27(1)

Commencement: 1st December, 1971

1. Declaration of convention countries

The Countries specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be convention for the purposes pf section 27 of this Act.

2. Short title

This Order may be cited as the Patents and Designs (Convention Countries) Order.
