AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING INSTITUTE ACT
An Act to establish a training organization known as the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute to provide, among other things, detailed identification of management training needs in agricultural and rural development organizations throughout Nigeria, and to develop and implement training programmes to meet the needs of managers in the agricultural and rural development sector of the economy.

Establishment of the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute
1. (1) There is hereby established at Ilorin a training institute to be known as the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute (in this Act referred to as “the Institute”) which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
