EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
This Act amends the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja (Number of Judges) Act No. 15, 2003 to increase the number of Judges from the current thirty-seven to seventy-five to provided for sufficient number of Judges in view of the increase in the number of cases in the Court’s dockets.
