JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD ACT
This is an Act to establish the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board to administer a centralised admissions system for Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.

(COMMENCEMENT) [7th December, 1989]

1. Establishment of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
There is hereby established a body to be known as the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (hereafter in this Act referred to as “the Board”) which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
