NATIONAL STEEL COUNCIL ACT

An Act to establish the National Steel Council to be responsible for the  central planning of the iron and steel industry, to provide for the exploration for iron ore and other related minerals and for other matters ancillary  thereto.

1. Establishment of National Steel Council

(1)    There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Steel Council (in this Act referred to as “the Council”), which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
