Part I – Establishment of the National Hospital for Women and Children, Abuja and the Board of Management
1. Establishment of the National Hospital for Women and Children, Abuja.
(1) There is hereby established a National Hospital for Establishment of Women and Children, Abuja (in this Decree referred to as “The Hospital”).
(2) The Hospital —
(a) Shall be a body corporate;
(b) May sue and be sued in its corporate name;
(c) Shall have perpetual succession and a Common seal.
