An Act to establish the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, to serve as a centre where representatives from all walks of the Nigerian national life could come together by way of workshops, seminars and other action-oriented courses, studies and conferences, to analyse and exchange views as to long-term national goals.

Establishment of National Institute

1. Establishment of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies

(1)    There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (in this Act referred to as “the Institute”), which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
