An Act to establish the National Eye Centre at Kaduna for the prevention and cure of eye defects and diseases and to establish a Board to govern the Centre and an Academic Committee, to take charge of the Centre’s academic affairs.

Establishment, etc. of the National Eye Centre
- Establishment of the National Eye Centre
(1) There is hereby established at Kaduna, a centre by the name of the National Eye Centre (in this Act referred to as “the Centre”), which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
