NATIONAL BOUNDARY COMMISSION (ESTABLISHMENT) ACT

An Act to repeal the National Boundary Commission, Act, Cap. 238, L.F.N., 1990 and among other things, to establish a new National Boundary Commission charged with more powers and functions; and for related matters.

 

[Commencement.]                        [22nd December, 2006]

  1. Repeal of Act, Cap. 238, L.F.N. 1990

The National Boundary Commission Act, Cap. 238, Laws of the Federation, 1990 is repealed.
