AUTHENTICATION LAW

A Law to provide for the authentication and recording of laws made by the Lagos State House of Assembly.

[Commencement.]                                       [1st April, 1992]            

1.    Authentication

The Clerk of the House of Assembly must immediately after enactment prepare twelve (12) printed copies of a Bill as passed by the House of Assembly embodying all amendments agreed to and on being found by him to be a true copy of that Bill, the Clerk will authenticate the Bill by signing Form A in the Schedule.
