A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN THE STATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH IT

1.       Establishment of the Environmental Sanitation Enforcement Agency

There is established a body to be known as the Establishment of the Sanitation Enforcement Agency (referred to in this Law as ‘‘the Agency’’).
