A LAW TO PROVIDE FOR PRIVATE PARTICIPATION IN FORESTRY OF A FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND AND IN FOR LAGOS THE STATE ESTABLISHMENT AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES.

[Commencement] [6th September, 1995]

1.      Approval of private participation in Forestry Development

As from through the forest commencement farming and of investment this Law in forestry private based participation projects as in shown forestry in the [Schedule] to this Law is approved in Lagos State.
