GOVERNOR’S STATUTORY FUNCTIONS (TRANSFER TO STATE COMMISSIONER) LAW
A LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN STATUTORY FUNCTIONS OF THE GOVERNOR TO STATE COMMISSIONERS, AND FOR PURPOSES INCIDENTAL TO OR CONNECTED WITH IT.

1. Power of Governor to make orders for transfer of certain statutory functions to State Commissioners
The Governor may, by order, make in any State law such adaptations as may be deemed fit for the purpose of –

(a) transferring to any State Commissioner any of the functions which are by any State law, conferred or function imposed upon the Governor:
(b) making provisions consequential on or incidental to any such transfer.
