A LAW TO ESTABLISH TIIE LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT STAFF HOUSING BOARD AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES.
[Commencement] [1st December 1976]
1. Establishment of the Board
(1) There is established a Board to be known as the Lagos State Government Staff Housing Board (referred to as “the Board”)
(2) The Board will be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue and be sued in its own name.
