1.      Establishment of Livestock Feed Quality Control Laboratory

There is established in the State, the Livestock Feed Quality Control Laboratory (referred to in this Law as “the Laboratory”) which will be in the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Co-operatives (referred to in this Law as “the Ministry,,).
