A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAMME IN LAGOS STATE AND FOR OTHER CONNECTED PURPOSES

(COMMENCEMENT)                                                              [18th May 2007]

LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY enacts as follows:

1.      Establishment of the School Health Programme

There is established in all Primary Schools in the State (Public and Private), a Programme to be known as the School Health and Nutrition Programme (referred to in this Law as “the Programme”).
