A LAW TO AMEND THE LAGOS STATE HEALTH SCHEME LAW, CH. L32 LAWS OF LAGOS STATE 2015 AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES.

[COMMENCEMENT                                                 (28^TH JANUARY, 2019)]

THE LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY enacts as follows:

1.       Amendment to the Principal Law

The Lagos State Health Scheme Law, Ch. L32 of Lagos State 2015 referred to in this Law as the Principal Law is amended as follows –

2.       Amendment to Section 4

The Principal Law is amended in Section 4 by deleting subsection (2)(a)(i) and replacing it as follows –

          “appointed on a part time basis by the Governor on the recommendation of the Commissioner subject     to the approval of the Lagos State House of Assembly.”
