LAGOS STATE FISH BOARD LAW

A LAW TO PROVIDE FOR TIIE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LAGOS STATE FISH BOARD.

[Commencement]                                                                     [5th May 1980]

1.      Establishment of the Board.

(1)     There will be established a Board to be known as the Lagos State Fish Board (referred to as the “Board”).

(2)     The Board will be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.

(3)     The Board may sue or be sued in its corporate name and may hold, acquire, manage and dispose of any property movable or immovable.
