In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 254 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, ADAMU ABDU-KAFARATI, Honourable Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, hereby make the following rules –
