An Act to provide for the dissolution of both the Antiquities Commission and the Federal Department of Antiquities and to create a Nation Commission for Museums and Monuments there from and other matters ancillary thereto.

Part I: Establishment of the Commission

1.     Establishment of National Commission for Museums and Monuments.

(1)    There us hereby established a body to be known as the National commission for Museums and Monuments (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Commission”) which shall have the functions assigned to it by this Act.
