BUILDING LINES REGULATION LAW

A LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION POSITION OF THE POSITION OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS WITH REFERENCE TO ROADS IN LAGOS STATE FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES

1.      Law not to apply to certain areas

This Law will not apply to a Federal trunk road or to the area of the authority of any local government council which has power to make bye-laws for the regulation of building lines.
