A LAW TO MAKE PROVISIONS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LAGOS STATE MASS EDUCATION AGENCY AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES

(1991 No.2)

[Commencement]                                                           [7th January, 1991]

1. Establishment of the Lagos State Agency for Mass Education

(1)     There is established an Agency to be known as the Lagos State Agency for Mass Education (referred to in this Law as “The Agency”).

(2)     The Agency shall be a body corporate with-

(a)     perpetual succession;

(b)     a common seal; and (c)     may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
