LAGOS STATE BLOOD TRANSFUSION COMMITTEE LAW
A LAW TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMITTEE FOR BLOOD TRANSFUSION IN LAGOS STATE AND FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL MATTERS.
[Commencement]
1. Establishment of the Blood Transfusion Committee
(1) There is established a Committee to be known as the Lagos State Blood Transfusion Committee (referred to in this Law as “the Committee”).
(2) The Committee shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(3) The Committee may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
(4) The Committee shall hold, purchase and otherwise acquire and dispose of movable or immovable property for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law.
