PART 1 – ESTABLISHMENT, CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE CORPORATION
1. Establishment of the Corporation
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Law a Corporation to be known as the Lagos State Broadcasting Corporation (in this Law referred to as “the Corporation”) and will have such powers and duties as are conferred on it by the provisions of this Law.
(2) The Corporation is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(3) The Corporation may sue or be sued in its corporate name, may hold, acquire, manage and dispose of any movable or immovable’
