LAGOS STATE PRINTING CORPORATION LAW

A LAW PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISIIMENT OF THE LAGOS STATE PRINTTNG CORPORATION.

[Commencement]                                                        [5th July 1980]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSEOFASSEMBLY OF LAGOS STATE OF NIGERIA in the present House assembled and by the Authority of same as follows:

1.      Establishment of the Corporation

(1)     There shall be established a Corporation to be known as the Lagos State Printing Corporation.

(2)     (a)     The Corporation shall be a body Corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.

(b)     The Corporation may sue or be sued in its corporate name’

(c)     The Corporation shall be capable of holding, purchasing and otherwise acquiring and disposing of any property movable or immovable for purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law.
