A LAW TO ESTABLISH LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY TEACIHNG HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT BOARD AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES.
[Commencement] [4th June 2004]
- Establishment of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital Management Board
(1) There is established a Board to be known as the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital Management Board (referred to in this Law as “the Board”).
(2) The Board is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
(3) The Board will have power to acquire, hold and dispose of its movable and immovable property for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law.
