A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE LAGOS STATE SCHOOLS OF NURSING GOVERNING COUNCIL.

[COMMENCEMENT]                                                                            [26^TH JULY 1997]

1.       Establishment of the Lagos state Schools of Nursing Governing Council

There is established the Lagos State Schools of Nursing Governing council (referred to as “the Council”)

2.       Council to be governing authority of the Complex Subject to the provisions of this Law, the council will be the governing authority of the Schools of Nursing Complex (referred to as “the Complex”) and is charged with the general control of the Complex under the supervision of the Ministry’
